By placing an order with CS Computers, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

1. Orders
Orders placed through our website, social media, or direct message are considered an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

2. Payment
Payment must be received in full before items are dispatched or custom builds are started. Prices are listed in GBP and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Custom Orders
Custom-built PCs are assembled to your specifications. Once your order is confirmed and work begins, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the item is faulty or not as described. Please ensure all specifications are correct before confirming.

4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or external factors beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds
Please see our Refund Policy for full details. You have 14 days to return eligible items under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Custom orders are non-refundable unless faulty.

6. Warranty
All systems come with a standard warranty (details provided at the time of sale). This does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised modifications. If a fault arises, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.

7. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses related to the use of our products, including loss of data or business interruption. Always back up important files.

8. Use of Website or Listings
All content, images, and descriptions are owned by CS Computers and may not be copied or reused without permission. We do our best to ensure all product descriptions are accurate but reserve the right to correct errors.
9. Privacy

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the UK legal system.
