Order Processing Time
We aim to process and dispatch all in-stock items within 1–2 working days of receiving full payment.
For custom-built PCs, please allow 5–10 working days for assembly, testing, and preparation before dispatch. This may vary depending on order volume or part availability — we’ll keep you updated throughout the process if there are any issues acquiring a part.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the item’s size, weight, and value. Prices are clearly displayed at checkout or agreed upon during direct sale.

Domestic Shipping (UK Only)
We ship throughout the UK using reliable couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, Parcelforce, or Evri, depending on the order. High-value items are always shipped using tracked and insured services.
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 working days after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking details once your item is shipped.

Local Delivery / Collection
If you're based in or near Northamptonshire, we may offer free or discounted local delivery, or allow collection by appointment. This option will be available at checkout if you enter a delivery address close enough

All items are packed with care to prevent damage in transit. Custom-built PCs are protected with internal packaging and sturdy, reinforced outer boxes.
