Change of Mind
You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. Items must be returned within another 14 days, unused and in their original, resalable condition with all accessories, cables, and packaging where applicable. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using tracked postage for all returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Custom-Built PCs
Custom-made or personalised items (including custom-built PCs) cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or not as described, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
By ordering a custom PC, you agree to waive the standard 14-day cancellation period, as your system is built to your individual requirements.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. You are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement, and we will cover return postage costs in these cases. After 30 days, your item may still be covered under warranty, depending on the specific product and issue.

Excluded Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Software or digital products once activated or downloaded

Items with broken hygiene seals or used beyond basic inspection

Custom-built PCs unless faulty
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5 working days back to your original payment method. No restocking fees apply.
